2-Year Congenital & Genetic Health Guarantee aussie puppies for sale
(Full Replacement or Refund – Your Choice)
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of life-threatening or severely debilitating congenital and genetic defects until 26 months of age (2 years + 2 months to allow for testing).
Covered conditions include, but are not limited to:
- Severe hip dysplasia (OFA Fair or worse in both hips before 26 months)
- Elbow dysplasia (Grade 2 or higher)
- Hereditary cataracts (HC)
- Progressive retinal atrophy (PRA-PRCD)
- Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA) – severe/vision-impairing
- Degenerative myelopathy (DM) – if symptomatic before 26 months
- Cardiac defects requiring surgery or medication
- Any other genetic condition confirmed by a licensed veterinarian and DNA testing that significantly impacts quality of life
What happens if a covered condition is diagnosed?
- You notify us immediately with full veterinary records and test results.
- We verify the diagnosis (at our expense if needed).
- You choose:
- Full refund of the original purchase price, OR
- Free replacement puppy from the next available comparable litter (you only pay shipping if applicable)

10-Day Viral & Infectious Disease Guarantee
Your puppy is guaranteed against contagious viral or infectious diseases for 10 full days from the date you take possession.
This includes:
- Parvovirus
- Distemper
- Hepatitis
- Leptospirosis
- Bordetella (kennel cough – severe cases only)
- Canine influenza
If your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of arrival, we will cover 100% of reasonable treatment costs up to the purchase price of the puppy OR replace the puppy at no charge.
72-Hour Initial Health Examination Requirement
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt. This protects both you and us. If any issue is found during this exam that we were not aware of, we will cover treatment or take the puppy back with a full refund.
What Is NOT Covered
- Minor or cosmetic issues (cryptorchidism after 8 months, umbilical hernias under 1 inch, minor underbites/overbites that do not affect eating)
- Conditions caused by owner negligence, trauma, or poor nutrition
- Normal growth-related conditions (growing pains, pano, etc.)
- Allergies or environmental sensitivities
- Spay/neuter complications (we recommend waiting until 12–18 months for optimal joint health)
Health Testing We Perform on Every Parent (Proof Provided)
- OFA or PennHIP hips & elbows
- Annual CAER (eye) certification
- Full Paw Print Genetics or Embark panel including:
- MDR1 (drug sensitivity)
- PRA-PRCD, HC, CEA, CMR1, DM, NCL, vWD
- Coat color & trait testing
- Cardiac auscultation by board-certified cardiologist (on select lines)
All results are available on our website and sent with your puppy packet.
